The site for the new centre is in a Rural Village of MAWDESLEY Nr Chorley. The Building costs will be incurred by Thomas Mawdsley Builders, whom have then agreed to lease it to The Legacy Rainbow House for 25yrs on a rolling lease. The Legacy would then have to raise the funds for the interior fixture and fittings, equipment and running costs, until the day came that they were able to purchase it.

Rainbow House have therefore made significant progress with their charity profile identity and professional recognition, with network of enthusiastic beneficiaries across the United Kingdom.
