Over 120 people attended the fourth annual Rainbow House Workout-athon which took place on
25th February 2018 at Preston North End Football Club, Sir Tom Finney Way, Preston.
There were over three hours of fun filled and energetic workouts including Clubbercise, Zumba Fitness,
Insanity and Les Mills Body Combat and Body Attack.
The classes were taken by qualified fitness instructors including Insanity with Penny Seddon; Clubbercise
with Mata Stratakou; Zumba with Mata Stratakou and Sarah Forster; Les Mills Body Combat & Body Attack
with Rachel Holland, Steve Jenkinson and Roz Edwards who all gave up their time to do this event free, as did North West
Event Medical Solutions who provided first aid cover and B&M Home Store, Leyland who donated flapjacks
for the goody bags.
The event was sponsored by Ben Rose Estate Agents and LOLLYTRAD Ltd provided the music and staging.
All participants were entered into a draw to win a Fitbit donated by T G Web Design Ltd and the lucky
winner was Iain Myers.
Ben Blackman, Chief Executive, Rainbow House , said “We are delighted with the success of this event in our
new venue at Preston North End Football Club which we know has raised £3,365 for our charity and possibly
more when all the sponsorship money is in.

Participants at the Workout-athon were also able to sign up and start training for the Annual
Rainbow House Ramble which will take place on 12th May 2018.
