News : Fairytale Ball Raises £24,000

This years annual Fairytale Ball proved a huge success and has raised a fantastic £24,000.

 

Many familiar faces and businesses attended the night to which we THANK YOU for your wonderful continued support along with new fresh faces to whom we hope you had a most enjoyable evening.

 

The night kicked off with a pink champagne reception and soft music played by pianist David Price, followed by a moving speech from the charity founder Joe Mawdesley.  A delicious 3 course meal was then served and funds were raised from the charity raffle, auction and dutch auction which was run by a guest of the evening Mr Keith Ashton.

 

The evenings entertainment started with dancers provided by The Pines Hotel and then the live band 'Jackson Live'  - a 5 piece young band who had everyone up and dancing to some of the late Michael Jacksons most famous hits.

 

A huge thank you goes out to The Pines Hotel for their kind support of this event and also to all raffle and auction prize donators, and not forgetting all our guests!
