Rainbow House is an initiative by a local mother of two disabled children, who have

OFFICIAL OPENING OF THE LEGACY BY HRH PRINCESS ANNE
The Legacy was honoured with a high profile visit by the Princess Royal on the 8th January. Her Royal Highness performed the official unveiling of a plaque to commemorate her visit. She also had an extensive tour of the centre and its facilities, hosted by Joe Mawdsley, Founder and Director of Services, and met with staff, supporters and children.

SANTA SHOWS HIS SUPPORT FOR THE LEGACY RAINBOW HOUSE CHILDREN
Santa showed his support for children with disabilities in the North West by making his first ever appearance at the Carrington Centre in Eccleston, on Saturday 24 November in support of The Legacy Rainbow House.

IN THE PINK AT THE BALL
A Sparkling evening was enjoyed by all at the 6th Annual Ball organised by The Legacy Rainbow House. This year’s Ball, themed ‘Pink Diamond’, was held in memory of Libby May. Libby, aged 4, unexpectedly passed away earlier this year. She will be sadly missed by all at Rainbow House.

MANCHESTER UNITED STAR LAUNCHES LEGACY
The Legacy Rainbow House centre was launched in style in October by Manchester United defender, John O’Shea, with guests including health professionals, sponsors, councillors and educationalists from across the region giving their support at the official opening.
