Ride for Rainbow
20 Mile Charity Bike Ride

Charity supporter Maxine Hogbin is organising a 20 mile bikeride on August bank holidau Sunday. £5 per bike, £8 per tandem bike. Starting from ASDA at Clayton Green, Chorley. Coppull Community Garden Open Day / Fun Day

Coppull Community Garden is officially opening on Bank Holiday Monday, 30th August. To mark the event there will be a fun day to raise money for the Mayor's Charity Appeal. Stalls/activities to include: Cake Stall · Plant Stall · Marquee with good as new clothing, accessories and jewellery for the Mayor’s stall · Bouncy castle · Tombola · Lucky dip · Raffles · Afternoon CreamTeas · Reptile and tarantula display · Birds of prey display · Face painting · Stocks · Various other games · BBQ sausages and burgers from the Printers Arms

Parachute Jump

In conjunction with Black Knights Parachute Centre, Cockerham. NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY!
A non refundable deposit of £50 is required to secure your place. Closing date for entries is 1st August 2011. You must pledge to raise a minimum of £450 to jump, this covers the £225 cost to do the actual skydive and a further £225 sponsorship money which will come directly to The Legacy Rainbow House. The initial £50 deposit will be included in your final total raised.

Great Wall Discovery!

We are seeking keen and active individuals to join staff of The Legacy Rainbow House in this challenging event in September of 2011.
Your trekking challenge starts in Jinshanling with a vigorous and challenging trek involving climbing thousands of steps that loops along the mountains either side of the Gubeikou Gateway.
Each day you will trek approximately 12kms along the stony path, twisting and winding its way along the mountains, interspersed with crumbling watchtowers.
